Refund Policy

Try Baligh free for 48 hours before buying, with no card. If you subscribe and it isn't for you, this is our refund policy.

First subscription

A full refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. Granted once per customer.

Annual renewal

We email you a reminder seven days before a renewal. If your subscription renews and you didn't want it to, you get a full refund within 7 days of the renewal date. After that the renewal isn't refundable, and you can cancel the next renewal at any time.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@baligh.app from the email you subscribed with, and include the order number from your receipt. The payment is returned to the same method through Lemon Squeezy, and the license is cancelled automatically. It may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license stops; your data, history and exports stay on your computer as they are.

Your legal rights

If the law in your country gives you a longer period or wider rights, those apply in your favour. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; a refund through us is faster.
